Are your employees trustworthy?
Yes. We do a reference check for all our employees.
Do I have to tip the cleaner?
Gratuities are appreciated but not necessary
What happens if my cleaner is sick or on vacation?
We can easily send a substitute or reschedule
at your convenience.
Can my regular cleaner do additional tasks not
covered under a daily program?
Yes. Just call the office 24 hours before your
scheduled visit.
What happens if I'm not satisfied?
We've been in business for over 47 years, so you
can be assured that we will do everything possible to correct any
problem.
Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
No. We do recommend that someone be there for
the first visit. This way you can meet your cleaner and review anything
that needs to be covered.
What kind of cleaning supplies do you bring?
Most of our supplies are not found over the counter,
but all are environmentally safe and registered with the EPA.
Can I supply my own cleaning products?
Yes. We also have over-the-counter cleaning products
in stock.
What method of payment do you accept?
Most major credit cards, personal checks, or cash.
Clients enrolled in our repetitive maintenance program are placed
on a monthly billing cycle.
